1)The pellets made by our pellet mills have high density and high combustion value. The pellet specifications can be adjusted at will through changing dies. The made feed pellets have smooth surface, suitable density and higher curing degre.

2)Before pressing the pellets,the raw materials should be powder with 15%-20% moisture,if you can't make raw materials into powder,we also can supply the hammer grinding machine to crush it.

3)Normally the wood pellet diameter 6mm and 8mm are best popular in international market,if you need other different pellet diameter,please inform us in advance,we will design for you.

4)About the machine color,it is depend on customer selection,we will paint the color as your requirments,after producing,the machine without painting.until the client confirmed,we can paint. so please notes us early.

5)If your raw materials are hard with lower adhesion power,please add some soft raw materials to mix,so that it can easy to hold together when the machine working and pellets will easy to press out.

Work Principle of Pellet Machine

This machine to machine is based on circular motion, electric power to driven, driven by the motor, rotation of pressing stick, produce temperature between pressure stick and particles, power material through high temperature gelatinization, it can discharge from the bores under the extrusion effect of the pressure stick. Through the rejection tray can make particles which have produced sent outside the machine. By the cutter, the size of particles can charge.
