Environmental Round Pipe Belt Conveyor
Environment pipe conveyor belt (hereinafter referred to Pipe machine) the main structure and the transmission principle are same as ordinary belt conveyor, and also use conveyor belt for the load-bearing components, rely on
friction-driven operation of a continuous conveyor equipment. The different of ordinary belt conveyor is the tube with a special design of the fuselage section of the polygon roller group forced to make the conveyor belt into a round tube, the material within the tube closed operation, gradual transition in the head and tail flattening .
Pipe machine can be widely used in coal, electricity, chemicals, metallurgy, food, light industry, ports, building materials, transportation and other industries. From single or multi-machine conveyor system, conveying bulk density is generally less than 2500kg / m3 of various powder, granular and massive materials. Especially for complex terrain conditions, across buildings or streets, requiring closed transmission process. The temperature is between -25 ℃ and + 40 ℃ when using ordinary tubular conveying. For special use conditions such as cold-resistant, heat-resisting, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof and fire-retardant, the corresponding parts can be selected to meet the requirements.
