The founder of the Chinese law firm assumes unlimited liability of the debt.C.State-owned TypeIt is stipulated in Article 20 of Law of Chinese Lawyer that the Chinese government sets up a Chinese law firm, whose lawyers independently carry out business. Such Chinese law firm shall undertake liability for its debts with their entire assets.It has the following four main characteristics :(1) It is set up by the state.(2) It operates independently and their business activities are not subject to interference.(3) The allocation system of state-owned law firm shall adopt effective floating salary.(4) The state-owned law firm shall bear civil liability with all of its assets.
