High Efficiency Air Box Pulse Bag Filter
Structure and working principle:
Air box pulse bag filter dust collector is composed of shell (usually 5mm carbon steel plate welded), bracket and pulse cleaning system, ash bucket, ash discharge device and other components. When the dust-laden gas enters the PPC air box pulse bag filter from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined baffle in the middle of the air inlet and the air flow turns into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air speed becomes slower, and the coarse particles in the gas are caused by the inertia. Dust directly falls into the ash hopper and plays the role of pre-collecting dust. After entering the ash hopper, the airflow is folded upward and passes through the dust bag inside the metal dust-removing frame. The dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters. The clean room in the upper part of the baghouse is collected and discharged to the outlet pipe. The discharged clean air completely meets the national requirements for emission standards, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%. The CPPC airbag pulse bag filter is currently the dust removal equipment with the highest dust removal efficiency in the country.
Air box pulse bag filter dust collector products include a total of 33 kinds of specifications, each bag has 32,64,96,128 bags of four, dust bag length of 2450mm and 3060mm two, dust collection efficiency of up to 99.9%, after purification The concentration of dust in the gas is less than 100mg/m3 (standard). If this series of dust collectors is used in cold areas, a heating device shall be provided when the outdoor heating calculation temperature is ≤ -25°C.
Air box pulse bag filter dust collector is generally operated under negative pressure, but it can also work under positive pressure, and the structure does not need to be changed.
