If electronic scales are combined with PLC to control start and stop, and feeding speed of feeding equipment, the dynamic accuracy of the system would be controlled and the goal for precision weighing would be achieved too. According to this theory, a precision batching control system for the LF furnace is designed with PLC S7-300. The configuration of the control system includes PLC, electronic scales etc. The electronic scale consists of weighing sensor and weighing transmitters. According as the signal output of PLC, the frequency of frequency converter is controlled to realize precision feeding material.
