Glass lined steel tanksare made from high quality Glass-Fused-to-Steel panels. All the Glass-Fused-to-Steel panelsand tanks accessories are manufactured in factoryand are bolted together at the desired location. Glass lined steel tankscan be used for200000 Gallon fire protection water storage.
Standard sizes for bolted tanks go up to almost 20000m³; however, custom sizes and dimensions are also available. Center Enamelalso offers multiple roof options: Glass-Fused-to-Steel roof with external/internal beams, Aluminum Alloy Trough Deck Roofs, FRP Roofs,Aluminum Dome Roofs. Bolted steel tanks can be disassembled and moved as needed and installed quickly by a small team.
When comes to installation, we will send out installation guide to be on site to train the local workers how to assemble the tanks. In contrast, Field-welded steel tanks are welded by trained and licensed welders, which cost a lot of money and time that might otherwise be better spent elsewhere. This results in an installation process that is quick and easy, far faster than the installation of concrete or welded tanks, and it is not subject to the weather delays that often stall the installation of competing designs.
