Cold Forging Bolts: machining parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners with nuts. A type of fastener consisting of two parts, the head and the screw (cylindrical with an external thread), which is required to cooperate with the nut and is used to fasten two parts with through holes.
According to the way of the connection of the force: points for ordinary and hinged holes. According to the shape of the head: Hexagonal head, round head, square head, countersunk head and so on. The hexagon head is the most commonly used. General counters are used where connection is required.
There are two kinds of coarse teeth and fine teeth according to the thread profile, and the coarse teeth are not displayed in the bolt marks. The bolts are divided into 3.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, and 12.9 grades according to the performance grade. Among them, bolts of grade 8.8 or higher (including grade 8.8) are made of low carbon alloy steel or medium carbon steel and heat-treated (quenched) + Tempering), commonly known as high-strength bolts, grade 8.8 (excluding 8.8) commonly known as ordinary bolts.

According to custom requirement. Normally the diameters tolerance is ± 0.05mm.Length tolerance is ±0.1mm.But in many cases, we can achieve: diameters tolerance is ±0.02mm.Length tolerance is ±0.05mm
Material Selection:
Normally used carbon steel 35# or 45# ,Stainless Steel:304 or 316.According to customer requirement use Aluminum and Brass
Surface Treatment:
Heat treatment, Zinc Plated, Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plated, Chrome Plated
