There are four different lighting fixtures, they are applied in four different areas thus they have different function, they are spot light, path light, flood light and hardscape light.
How do light fixtures work?
Disconnect the transformer from the main supply, remove the shield from the retaining housing, Assemble the internal mold into the lamp and connect it with a connector (if required), Install the cover and rotate the cover on the housing to fix it on the fixture housing to make sure the leak hole is in the middle and down, Connect the cable to the mainline through the ground plug.
What are the 2 wires in a light fixture?
The 2 wires inside the light fixture are made in brass, they are work for power which can give connection to your electric power and lighting fixture so the lighting fixture can work and light.
Do you need an electrician to install light fixture?
When we install the light fixture, we need a transformer so that can change the city electric to low voltage then we can work safely.
What happens if you wire a light fixture wrong?
If you wire the wrong direction of the low voltage, there will be no problem, our fixture can work as normal, but if you wire to the city electric which is not low voltage, then the light fixture will dead.
Do light fixtures need to be grounded?
Our light fixture does not have to be grounded, because they are working under voltage 12V which is a safe voltage. It will not hurt people.
