E951 Aspartamesweetener 961used as sugar substitute, which is about 200 times sweeter than sugar. It is applied in many kinds of food including carbonated soft drinks, fruit juice, instant coffee and tea beverages, frozen desserts, yogurts and candy.

E950 Acesulfame potassium (AK)

Acesulfame potassium is an artificial e950 sweetenercommonly used in reduced sugar/calorie food, e.g., soft drinks, baked goods, confectionery, and dairy products. It is applied to replace sugar by providing a sweet taste with no calories and zero glycemic index, which may be helpful in controlling weight & obesity and benefit to diabetes.

E955 Sucralose

Sucralose is a widely used sugar substitute, which is about 600 times e955 sweetenerthan sugar. It is commonly used in reduced sugar/calorie food without compromising on taste, soft drinks, yogurts, ice cream, and baked goods.

E968 Erythritol

Erythritol is a natural ace k sweetenerwith 60-80% sweetness as sugar, commonly used as an ingredient in reduced-sugar and low-calorie foods, including bakery, beverage, dairy products, chewing gum, chocolate, and candies.

E420 Sorbitol

Sorbitol is primarily used as a calorie free sweetenerin food categories such as sugar-free chewing gum, candy, baked goods, chocolates and frozen desserts.

E954 Sodium Saccharin

Sodium saccharin is an artificial sweetener packetsand about 500 times sweeter than sugar. It is commonly used in carbonated soft drinks, chewing gum, yogurt, ice cream, and baked goods.

E953 Isomalt

Isomalt is a natural and safe sugar replacement with beneficial properties including low calories and natural taste. It is widely used in bakery and desserts such as ice-cream, drink confiture jelly, and chocolate.

E635 IMP+GMP

Disodium 5′-ribonucleotides, also known as I+G, is a natural, vegan, and gluten free ingredient that can be used as a flavor enhancer to substitute monosodium glutamate (MSG) in many foods including meat products, broths, soups, salad dressings, spices and snacks.

E150 Caramel

Caramel is used as a flavoring in puddings, ice cream, biscuits, and custard. Caramel coloring can be used as food grade coloring in bakery, beer, beverages, confectionary and sauces.

E621 Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is a common food additive used as a flavor enhancer and umami seasoning in foods, including meat products, broth, soups, snacks, and different kinds of seasonings.

E508 Potassium Chloride

Potassium Chloride has a variety of functions such as flavor enhancing, nutrient supplement, pH control, and stabilizer. It is often used to provide potassium enrichment to foods and act as a salt replacer to reduce the sodium content in foods. Its applications include baby formulas, cereals, frozen entrees, meats, snack foods, sports drinks, soups, sauces, and snacks.
