Cooling Tower Float Ball
The cooling tower floatball, also called the cooling tower floating valve, is designed at the bottom of the pool. When the float ball is lower than the set value, the cooling tower will make up water automatically.
One section of the float ball is fixed on the pool wall of the cooling tower and connected by sliding screws. The float ball can float up and down according to the height of the water surface. The outer end of the float ball is a make-up water interface, which is not connected with the water pipe.

Working Principle of Float Ball in Cooling Tower
The float ball always floats on the water. When the water surface rises, the float ball also rises. When the float ball rises, the connecting rod also rises. The connecting rod is connected with the valve at the other end. When the cooling tower float ball rises to a certain position, the connecting rod supports the rubber piston pad to close the water source. When the water level drops, the float ball also drops, and the connecting rod drives the piston pad to open.
