I. Performance characteristics:
1. The machine is operated by microcomputer touch screen with man-machine interface, which is simple and convenient to operate. It can automatically complete bag making, ration, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, coding and other processes, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Intelligent photoelectric control device to ensure the complete pattern of packaging and bag making. Bag pulling is controlled by driving stepping motor and positioned by color code, with stable performance, convenient adjustment and accurate detection.
3. All parts and casings contacting materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets the food and drug hygiene license standards.
4. The packing is in the form of back sealing, and the filling is measured by plunger volume pump, so the adjustment is simple and the measurement is accurate.
5. The design ensures that the machine is suitable for different industries, and it is very convenient to adjust, operate and maintain when in use, and can be used with various automatic metering equipment at home and abroad.
