PTFE Coated Glass Fabric Adhesive Tape
PTFE coated glass fabric adhesive tapeuses a material made of glass fiber cloth impregnated with a tetrafluoroethylene resin (PTFE) dispersion solution and fired as the base material. PTFE coated glass tapehas one surface treated with silicone adhesive and has excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength. Economical high-temperature cloth is mostly used in sealing machine, packaging machine, high frequency, high-temperature air duct, etc. The common thickness of ptfe coated glass cloth tapeis 0.08 mm, 0.13 mm, 0.15 mm and 0.18 mm and 0.25 mm, other requirements can be customized.
The common thickness of our high-performance high-temperature cloth is 0.08 mm, 0.13 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.18 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.35 mm, and 0.55 mm, 0.75 and 0.95 mm. The high heat Teflon tape produced by Hopelight can be used in breathable remoulding, anti-static, military, printing and dyeing, clothing, electronics, chemicals, glass, medicine, thermoplastics, wrapping rollers, paper making, food, environmental protection, insulation, machinery, and many other fields.
Laminated cloth (small laminators can be within 1.25 meters wide, large laminators have widths of 1.8, 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 meters, and the length varies, generally within 6 meters.) Common thicknesses are: 0.25, 0.30, 0.35 mm etc.
