The solid fraction of refined palm oil that is produced by fractionation. Solid at room temperature. The palm stearin is a white crystalline. It is used in fry food in extreme heating without causing radicals. It also can serve as an ingredient in making bakery, creamer, shortening, animal feed, as well as bio-diesel.
