BOPP TAPE
Egret so-called BOPP tapewholesale is used a lot for packaging and courier industries. This wholesale BOPP adhesive tape has both transparent, white, yellow color; main thickness is 40 mic and 50 mic. Normally the pp tape is coated with hot melt glue or water based acrylic adhesive. Plus, it has no liner. The base material is biaxially polypropylene film. The material has medium tensile strength and high elongation, as well as stretchable, and hard to tear. Furthermore, BOPP tape price is very cheap. Because of this feature, it is suitable for carton packing & fixing purpose, widely used in courier, logistics industries.

Features of BOPP Tape
Egret BOPP Tapeis very commonly used packing tape, it adopts biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film as substrate
Construction: BOPP film + adhesive
Coated with aggressive water based acrylic adhesive
Silicon coating on BOPP back for easing unwinding
BOPP thickness can be 0.015mm-0.038mm
Adhesive thickness can be 0.017mm-0.025mm
Color available: transparent, white, brown, blue, red, printed with logo, etc.
Conform well to contours and irregular surfaces and bonds to most substrates
Process of BOPP Tape Production
First, mix PP resin material and other medicals, and then extrude, cooling, longitude extension to BOPP film. It will made into 20 mic to 30 mic thickness.
Second, we use white paint or yellow to dye the BOPP film.
Third, we coat different silicon on the back side of MOPP blue or white film, to ensure its easy release or unwind.
Forth, we coat with very high bond hot melt or water-based adhesives.
Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls. The jumbo size is 1020mmx3000m. In the meanwhile, we can also rewind to small logs, size can be 1020x50m.
