Micronized polyethylene wax used as lubricant in ink
The main advantages of using micronized polyethylene wax in inks include: significantly improved scratch resistance and abrasion resistance, enhanced surface smoothness and slip, improved anti-blocking properties, minimal impact on gloss, and improved pigment dispersion. It is suitable for a wide range of ink systems, including solvent-based, water-based, and offset printing inks.
Excellent scratch resistance and abrasion resistance: After the ink film cures, the micropowder migrates to the surface, forming a micro-rough protective layer that effectively resists scratches and friction.
Smoothness and anti-sticking: It reduces the coefficient of friction on the printed surface, preventing soiling or sticking of the reverse side when sheets are stacked, with particularly noticeable effects during high-speed printing and in high-temperature, high-humidity environments.
