Release agent
Brief Product Introduction:Release agents are mainly use for stripping of high-grade toilet paper, light paper, calico paper, aluminum thin mount, process woven paper, high-grade wrapping paper, etc. And it can improve the flexibility and feel of paper. Besides, with the ability of antibacterial and moisture absorption, the product can effectively improve the soft feel of facial tissue and napkin, and keep the moist feeling of facial tissue and napkin. So it solves the existing problem when using oil for traditional stripping from paper dryer. It is the additives of existing international top-grade domestic paper. And follows are its advantages:1. To improve the contacts between paper and paper dryer, and keep the good performance of stripping, clearance of system, and paper sheet without oil spot.2. Greatly improve the surface smoothness and glossness of paper, without affecting the strength of paper.3. To reduce the phenomenon of paper breakage, hair loss and powder loss.4. It is nonionic, so it is applicable to various systems of papermaking.

How to use it:1. Before using, please dilute it with soft water as consumption ration, and continuous spray on the surface of paper dryer. And it can also be daubing by using metering roll.2. The general dosage is 0.3~1.0kg/MT dry pulp, but please increase or decrease the dosage according to actual situation.
Packing and storage:1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum2. Store it in room temperature: storage temperature≥5℃, and avoid freezing and exposing to the sun.3. The storage time is usually one year, and please use it as soon as possible when unsealing for preventing from going bad because of impurities.
