Troxerutin is yellow, yellow-green or light brown-yellow powder, odorless and slightly salty, hygroscopic, and its main hydrolysis product is hyperoside. It can inhibit the aggregation of platelets and prevent thrombosis. At the same time, it can fight against vascular damage caused by serotonin and bradykinin, increase capillary resistance, reduce capillary permeability, and prevent edema caused by increased vascular permeability.
Troxerutin can inhibit the aggregation of red blood cells and platelets, while increasing blood oxygen content, improving microcirculation, promoting the formation of new blood vessels, is a better treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular drugs to protect endothelial cells, treatment of acute ischemic brain injury; and has anti-radiation damage, anti-inflammation, anti-allergic, anti-ulcer and other effects.
