Project Overview
A customer in Xuzhou, China purchased a fully automatic energy storage battery module production line and automatic battery PACK assembly line from Huiyao to improve manufacturing efficiency, welding precision, and product consistency.
This project is designed for energy storage battery manufacturing, integrating intelligent automation, online inspection, laser welding, and testing systems to achieve stable, high-volume production.
The solution covers the complete manufacturing workflow from battery cell sorting, plasma cleaning, stacking, laser welding, DCR testing, to EOL inspection, helping the customer reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency.
