Tow-roll mixing mill
Open tow-roll mixing mill is mainly used for cooking, rubber sheeting, gel breaking, plasticating and mixing.
Basic structure:
This machine is mainly made of one base, frame, front and rear roller, gear, reducer, distance adjusting device, roller temperature adjusting device, a safety switch and an electric control system.
The material of the roller is alloy chilled cast iron with high hardness and wear resistance. The roller temperature adjusting device has the function of filling with steam or cooling water to the roller to regulate the temperature of the roller, so as to meet the process requirements.
