Rubber Kneader
Rubber Kneader mainly used for rubber plasticating and mixing.
Basic structure:
Rubber kneader is generally made of the mixing chamber, two relative rotation of the rotor, top bolt, under the roof bolt, temperature measuring system, heating and cooling system, exhaust system, safety system, discharge device and recording device. There are helical ribs on the surface of the rotor. The number of ribs is two, four or six. The cross section geometry of the rotor are triangular, cylindrical or oval three with two types of tangent and mesh. Temperature measuring system is composed of a thermocouple, is mainly used to measure changes of the mixing room temperature in the mixing process. Heating and cooling system is mainly to control the rotor and the mixing chamber cavity wall surface temperature.
