500L Brew house
Material: 304 S/S, 316S/S or copper
Surface treatment: 2B finish, mirror plate or copper
Heating method: Electric/Gas fired/steam
Mash/boiling tank: 500l effective volume, double layers, rock wool insulation, domed top, top manhole with agitator, paddle type stir, with electric heater, steam jacket or gas burner, adjustable leg bolt.
Lauter/whirlpool tank: 500l effective volume for both lauter and whirlpool tank, double layers, rock wool insulation, domed top, top manhole with agitator, blade type stir, wedge wired filter plate, side spent grain door with slope. Tangent wort inlet, bottom draining port, side wort outlet, adjustable legs.
Wort pump: Stainless steel sanitary grade, 3m3/h, speed controlled
Platform: Designed as the actual layout, skid proof, with hand rails etc
Heat exchanger: Stainless steel, sanitary grade, designed as actual brewing process.
Others: Butterfly valves, stainless steel piping, hose etc.
