Principle and main structure of equipment:
1. Working principle: A single piece of plastic film of the automatic packaging machine is formed into a film barrel by a shaper, and the whole bag-making process is completed by printing, bag feeding, filling, transverse sealing and cutting after being laminated and sealed by a vertical sealing heating block.
2. Main drive system: The main drive system adopts x120WD0.37-2-1/43 planetary cycloidal pin gear reducer to drive the sprocket to rotate the main shaft, and drive the vertical seal cam, the belt feeding bevel gear, the push rod cam, the horizontal seal cam and the filling regulator to complete all actions of the machine.
3. Belt feeding part: A belt feeding bevel gear drives the belt feeding regulator, which drives the clamping pliers to move up and down to complete the required size belt feeding.
4. Vertical sealing part: at the lower part of the former, the film barrel shaped by the former is overlapped by the vertical sealing heating block, and the resetting action is driven by the vertical sealing cam on the spindle.
5. Ink printing is an important functional device which is different from other models. This device uses direct heating and mechanical clutch to complete ink printing, which has its own clarity, convenient character change and reliable use.
6. Filling part: the filling liquid is injected into the film barrel by the metering pump through the liquid injection pipe, and the quantity is adjusted by the quantitative regulator.
7. Transverse sealing part: the film bag formed, vertically sealed and filled under the clamp is bonded and cut by the transverse sealing heating block to complete the whole bag making process.
8. Automatic stop part: When the machine works, such as the machine stops automatically after the film is used up, the stop connection part is pressed on the film with shaft by the connecting rod.
