A total of 0.5 ml Agarose beads was added to 2 ml Protein A + G Agarose beads, about 2 mg of recombinant Protein A + G. Mainly used for immunoprecipitation or co-immunoprecipitation, can also be used for antibody purification. For immunoprecipitation of all Protein a Agarose and Protein G Agarose antibodies that can be immunoprecipitated alone, including Mouse IGG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IGG3, IgA, Rat IGG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, Rabbit IgG, Rabbit and Goat polyclonal Abs, and Human IGG1, IGG2, IGG3, and IgG4.
