Differential Pressure Transmitter
FEEJOY differential pressure level transmitteris a pressure level sensor used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. The pressure-sensitive diaphragm and the transmitter are connected through a capillary filled with fluid. The differential pressure sensor, produced by one of the industrial instrumentation suppliersFEEJOY, can be used to measure the level, flow and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into 4~20mA DC signal output.
Introduction to Differential Pressure Transmitter
The differential pressure transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter, and the pressure-sensitive diaphragm and the transmitter are connected by a capillary filled with fluid. It is used to measure the level, flow, and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into 4 ～ 20mA DC signal output.
There are two types of differential pressure transmitters for flow and level measurement: intelligent type and analog type. The intelligent type of dp level transmitter is developed with advanced technology at home and abroad. The smart pressure transmitter with a diaphragm seal is a type of digital differential pressure sensor which is explosion proof, wireless connection and can indicate pressure differences. The electronic differential pressure transmitter uses fully-isolated circuit technology to design fully-isolated intelligent field measuring instruments with HART communication protocol.
Application of Differential Pressure Transmitter

Viscous medium at high temperature
Easily crystallized medium
Precipitating medium with solid particles or suspended matter
Strong corrosion or highly toxic medium
It can eliminate the leakage of the pressure guiding pipe and pollute the surrounding environment; when the isolation liquid is used, the tedious work of frequently replenishing the isolation liquid due to the unstable measurement signal can be avoided.
Continuous and accurate measurement of interface and density
The remote transmission device can avoid the mixing of different instantaneous media so that the measurement results truly reflect the actual situation of process changes.

For example, in the production of food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, not only the transmitter contacting media must meet hygienic standards, but also it should be easy to rinse to prevent cross-contamination of different media.
Differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the liquid level, the density of liquid, gas and steam, and pressure, and then convert it into 4-20mA DC current signal output. JT-3051DP can also communicate with each other through the BRAIN handheld communicator or CENTUM CS / μXL or HART 275 handheld communicator, through which they can be set and monitored.
