Thermal Insulation Triple Screw Pump
Xinglong thermal insulation triple screw pumps have the performance of simple structure, convenient for maintenance, stable pressure and capacity, low operation noise, good suction ability and high efficiency. The pump casing has a hollow interlayer, and is equipped with inlet and outlet flange, so can be used for thermal-insulation or cooling of media with heating conducting oil、steam or hot water. The cartridge mechanical seal which is specially designed for conveying high-temperature and viscous media can greatly ensure the seal performance greatly.They are suitable for delivery media which does not contain solid particles, or delivery media which has concretions in normal temperature environment, such as bitumen、heavy oil、rubber、resin or abstergent.Medium viscosity: 3.0~760 mm2/s;Flow range: 41~1400 L/min;Maximum pressure: 2.5Mpa;Max. temperature: 250℃
