MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF ACRYLIC BOOK DISPLAY BOX

4.Hot-pressing method: This method needs to first make hot-pressing die according to the design drawing, and then use wood and sludge to shape, and then use cast lead and gypsum material as yin-yang die. The acrylic plate is heated and hot pressed in the die. How the finished product depends to a large extent on the quality of the die. The finished product pressed by the good die has the characteristics of plump shape, smooth curve, and strong three-dimensional sense, and has the effect of relief.
5.Vertical grinding method: After sticking bar acrylic or thick plate acrylic, grinding and polishing directly on the grinding wheel. The main feature of this method is the design of the surface of the acrylic display rack. Good patterns can be integrated with the display box and the goods inside, like a work of art.
6. Broken grinding method: the shape acrylic force is overlapped and pasted together, and then the cross section is directly grinded and formed. The finished product can get the effect of changeable color and natural simplicity.
