Smar 4 or 8 channels temperature transmitter with WirelessHART® TT481WH

Imagine all the advanced features of Smar temperature transmitters, but now with wireless technology. The TT481WH (WirelessHART®) has the same features as the series TT400 Series, but following the standard of HART Communication Foundation for wireless transmitters. It is an excellent and cost-effective solution for 4-20mA equipment integration with WirelessHART®. Some of its features:

The SMAR LD1.0 capacitive economical pressure transmitter was designed for measuring gauge and absolute pressure of liquids, gases and vapors on many industrial applications. This low cost transmitter is the only one in the category that uses capacitive cell technology as pressure sensor to read pressure in an entirely digital way. As a high reliability and robustness sensor, it is employed in more than 80 percent of high performance pressure measuring all over the world, for its excellent accuracy, repeatability and linearity. The LD1.0 Pressure Transmitter production and mounting features provide resistance to vibration, shock, large temperature variations, immunity to electromagnetic interference and other typical extreme environment conditions of industrial applications.
The DT300 “Touché” is available in two models:

•DT300I (Industrial Model) for general purpose;
•DT300S (Sanitary Model) for food and other applications where sanitary connections are required.
Both models have two mounting types: top mounting (straight type) and side mounting (curved type).
Installation may be done either in open or pressurized tanks, or directly in pipes since the DT300 is suitable for dynamic and static fluids.

The Sanitary model that meet 3-A Certification (Authorization N° 1399) uses a Tri-Clamp connection to allow a quick and easy connection and disconnection from the process. The wetted surface finish is polished and then is free of crevices where food or bacteria can be collected. 3A is the most widely accepted sanitary standard in the food, drug and beverage industry.
DT301 (HART® protocol) can be configured by:
•CONF401 for Windows and UNIX;
•DDCON100 for Windows and UNIX;
•HPC301 for several models of Palms*;
•Other manufacturers’ configuration tools based on DD (Device Description) or DTM (Device Type Manager), such as AMSTM, FieldCareTM, PACTwareTM, HHT275 and HHT375, PRM Device Viewer.
For DT301 management and diagnostics, Asset View ensures continuous information monitoring.
*Requires the HPI311 or HPI321 interface.
DT302 utilizes the Foundation fieldbusTM H1 protocol, an open technology that allows any H1 enabled configuration tool to configure this device.
Syscon302 (System Configuration Tool) is a software tool used to configure, maintain and operate the field devices. Syscon offers efficient and friendly interaction with the user, using Windows NT version 4.0 or later, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Configuration tools such as AMSTM and HHT375 can configure DT302 devices. DD (Device Description) and CF (Capability File) files can be downloaded at either the Smar or Fieldbus Foundation website.
DT302 supports complex strategies configurations due to the high capacity and variety of dynamic instantiable function blocks.
Seventeen different types of function blocks are supported, and up to 20 function blocks can be running simultaneously. Maintenance procedures with Asset View diagnostics and status information from Foundation fieldbusTM result in a safer plant with longer availability.
 The DT301 4 to 20 mA + Hart Density Transmitter is an instrument developed for the continuous, online measurement of liquid concentration and density, directly in the industrial process. Its pioneer technology consists of a capacitive type differential pressure transmitter coupled to a pair of pressure repeaters immersed in the process.
The DT302 Foundation Fieldbus Density Transmitter is an instrument developed for the continuous, online measurement of liquid concentration and density, directly in the industrial process. Its pioneer technology consists of a capacitive type differential pressure transmitter coupled to a pair of pressure repeaters immersed in the process.
The DT303 Profibus PA Density Transmitter is an instrument developed for the continuous, online measurement of liquid concentration and density, directly in the industrial process. Its pioneer technology consists of a capacitive type differential pressure transmitter coupled to a pair of pressure repeaters immersed in the process.
The TT1.0 a temperature transmitter extremely versatile, which can be used with practically all the sensors, including load cells, resistive position indicators, etc. The same unit may be used for different measuring ranges and different types of sensors that include a wide variety of RTDs and thermocouples, besides the inputs for millivolt and resistance. Thus, the plant inventory can be standardized, as it can replace several types and models of conventional transmitters. It's the best cost/benefit in its class.  
TT383 has independent channels able to measure up to eight temperatures points (simple, differential and backup measurement). The temperature information are available via Profibus PA communication protocol. SMAR TT383 is a compact and lightweight transmitter for rail mounting.
The TP302 is from the first generation of Fieldbus devices. It is a transmitter for position measurement and it can measure displacement or movement of rotary or linear type. The digital technology in the TP302 enables an easy interface between the field and control room and several interesting features that considerably reduce the installation, operation and maintenance cost.
LD292 - Foundation Fieldbus Pressure Transmitter offers digital Foundation Fieldbus based communication simplifying calibration and providing remote diagnostics. Its microprocessor-based electronics allow for total interchangeability with SMAR capacitive sensors, correcting automatically sensor characteristic changes caused by temperature fluctuation.
Programming and Diagnostics LD300 Series are available in three different technologies: HART®(LD301), Foundation™ Fieldbus (LD302) and PROFIBUS PA (LD303). These instruments can be configured with SMAR software and other manufacturer configuration tools. Local adjustment is available in all LD300 Series. It is possible to configure zero and span, totalization, set point and other control functions using the magnetic screwdriver.
TT300 Series are available in three different technologies: HART®(TT301), FOUNDATION FieldbusTM (TT302) and PROFIBUS PA (TT303). These instruments can be configured with Smar software and other manufacturer configuration tools.

Gage Pressure – LD290:
The modelLD290is a pure 4-20 mA transmitter. Even though it has only analog input, its microprocessor-based electronics allow for total interchangeability with SMAR capacitive sensors. It automatically corrects sensor characteristics changes caused by temperature fluctuations.
Gage Pressure - LD291, LD292 e LD293:
SMAR RD400 uses the TDR – Time Domain Reflectometry principle, usually applied on dielectric constant measurement of liquids, on fissures detection of concrete structures, concentration and humidity measurement and, among others, on direct level measurement in industrial processes.
The model LD291 - HART® Pressure Transmitter offers digital HART based communication simplifying calibration and providing remote diagnostics. Its microprocessor-based electronics allow for total interchangeability with SMAR capacitive sensor. It automatically corrects sensor characteristic changes caused by temperature fluctuations.

Local adjustment is available in all LD300 Series. It is possible to configure zero and span, totalization, set point and other control functions using the magnetic screwdriver. SMAR has developed Asset View, which is a user-friendly Web Tool that can be accessed anywhere and anytime using an Internet browser. It is designed for management and diagnostics of field devices to ensure reactive, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance.

Transmitter Models 
Differential Pressure - LD400D and LD400H
Pressure is applied to high and low side and differential pressure is measured. High static pressure is supported for LD400H models.
Flow - LD400D and LD400H
The differential pressure is generated by a primary flow element and the square root function computes the flow measurement.
Absolute Pressure - LD400A
The pressure is measured at the high side of the transmitter and the low side is at zero absolute pressure to a sealed chamber with vacuum.
Gage Pressure - LD400M
The pressure is measured at the high side of the transmitter and the low side is open to the atmosphere, providing true local atmospheric reference.
Level - LD400L
The transmitter has a flange-mounted unit for direct installation on vessels. Extended diaphragms are also available. The closed tank low side can compensate for ullage pressure.
Sanitary - LD400S
LD400S is especially designed for food and other applications where sanitary connections are required. With threaded or "tri-clamp" connections, it allows quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.
The Smar TT421 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc.
The LD290I, LD291I, LD292I and LD293I models allow measurement of liquid level in open tanks, closed non-pressurized tanks, canals, wells etc. The measurement principle is based on measuring the column of fluid with the immersion of the hard probe into the liquid.
The Smar TT411 is a powerful and extremely versatile programmable temperature transmitter, which can be used with practically all relevant temperature sensors as well as with load cells, resistance position indicators, etc.
The TP290 is part of the Smar family of field devices. It is a smart transmitter for position measurement. It can measure displacement or movement of rotary or linear type. The digital technology and communication provides an easy interface between the field and control room and several interesting features that considerably reduce the installation, operation and maintenance cost.
The LD290 - Pressure Transmitter 4-20 mA Microprocessor Based is the economical alternative in routine gage pressure measurement. The lightweight design eliminates the need for mounting brackets and transmitter supports in many applications.

The SMAR TT400SIS is a powerful and extremely versatile smart temperature transmitter. The digital technology used in the TT400SIS enables a single device to accept several types of sensors, wide ranges, single or multiple-ended measurement and an easy interface between the field and the control room. It also includes several interesting features that reduce considerably the installation, operation and maintenance costs. The transmitter accepts two channels, i.e., two measurements.
The TP300 is a member of the renowned family of Smar equipment available in HART® 4 to 20 mA, FOUNDATION™ fieldbus and PROFIBUS PA. This product line presents the TP290 version, also with digital technology and a 4 - 20 mA output signal. The TP300 is a smart transmitter for position measurement, suitable for linear or rotary displacement or movement.
The Smar TT300 Series is a transmitter mainly intended for measurement of temperature using RTDs or thermocouples.
LD400 WirelessHART™ level transmitter with extended probe is a simple option for liquid level measurement on non-pressurized open or closed tanks, channels, wells, etc. Several types of brackets make possible fast and easy installation on the top of the tank, e.g., on the inspection mouth, without puncturing the tank.
TT400 WirelessHART™ is a transmitter utilized on applications that require wireless data transmission. It is used chiefly in temperature measurement using RTDs or thermocouples.
