Soft Enamel Pins
Quality custom soft enamel pins are provided by Pinstar, the most reliable soft lapel pin manufacturers. Soft Enamel Lapel Pin begins as and belongs to some subset of die struck pins. A personalized expire is milled out of your approved layout, and the die is then utilized to stamp your design on a sheet of aluminum or iron. Immediately after, these stampings are cut to the exact outline of your style's shape. Plating is another step in the procedure. For this kind of custom enamel pin badges, the most frequent plating forms are golden, nickel (silver), aluminum, and black nickel (dark silver/black chrome). These elevated metal surfaces are polished to a mirror finish, whereas recessed metal regions are full of enamel paint.
Custom made lapel pins no minimum
The paints we use are mixed specifically for each order, which gives us the ability to match Pantone colors and your brand standards exactly.
The color fills in the metal recesses contrast beautifully with the polished raised metal. The Soft Enamel process is one of our most popular choices for Custom Lapel Pins; it offers a phenomenal-looking product for a price slightly less than the cloisonné process.
The benefit of the soft enamel style of pin is that the raised metal and the recessed paint give the pin depth and the design an almost 3D effect. Selecting this style also opens up a new range of metal finish options that are not available on a cloisonné pin. Though beautiful, high polished finishes are not for everyone or appropriate for every design.
With a High-Quality Soft Enamel Pin, one can choose a matte finish, an antique finish, or a colored metal finish. The matte and antique finish give a more understated appearance and greatly help the legibility of small text incorporated into designs; it makes the elements of design more readily discernible. Colored metal finishes are achieved by powder coating the raw metal pin; the most popular option is black metal, a semi-matte black color. A variety of other colors are available too, such as reds, greens, blues, yellows, purples, and pinks.
