Vibrating screen is mainly consists of a screen box, screen, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis, etc. The machine adopt the barrel asana eccentric shaft vibration generator and partial block that can adjust amplitude, vibration device installed in the side of the screen box, and the motor spinning through the v-belt drive, produce the centrifugal force, forced vibration screen box..

Operating principle:
Circular vibrating screen is mainly consists of a screen box, screen, vibrator, damping spring device, chassis, etc. The side of screen is made of high qualified steel plate, side plate, beam and vibration has been connected by a high strength bolt or ring groove rivet, adopted the cylinder style eccentric shaft vibration generator and partial block adjustment amplitude. Vibration device installed in the side of the screen box, and the motor spinning through the v-belt drive, produce the centrifugal force, forced vibration screen box.. Oversize material in an inclined surface of the screen make the impulse and produce continuous casting movement by screen box, material and meet the screen surface in the process ,make less than mesh particles through screen, so as to realize the classification.
Application:It is suitable for quarry screening ballast, also can classify coal, mining, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industry products.
Material:Granite, basalt, diabase, shale, quartz, pebble, limestone, iron ore, coal gangue, non-ferrous metal ore, pebbles, etc.
