EP40electric probe includes a electric probe unit and a 20mm diameter cylindrical shank. It senses the contact with the metal workpiece through its conductivity,when the stylus touches the surface, the LED indicator lights up. It used to check work pieces of all kinds of solid materials with electrical conductivity.

Application of EP40 Electrical Probe
EP40 is used to measure solid workpieces with conductive properties; such as aluminum workpiece, stainless steel workpiece.
Direct measurement of steps, slots, external features, and contours of workpiece datum surfaces or edges.
EP40 straight shank can used with different kinds of taper shank in different kinds of machine tools.
Technical Characteristics of EP40 Electrical Probe
With wireless design, it does not hinder the movement of the machine tool and is easy to install
Three LED indicator lights are used to show the trigger state of the probe.
