mineral concentration machine Dewatering Thickener with peripheral/central driving
It is widely used for dealing with slime, wastewater, waste residue in metallurgy, mine, coal, petrochemical industry, building materials, environmental protection department etc.This thickener consists of round thickener and harrow scrapping machine, the solid particles suspend in thickener settling by gravity, the pulp in the upper turn into clean water, so that the separation can be realized. Slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean overflow from the upside.It has such characteristics:(1)Deaeration cell is provided to avoid bobble on which solid particles may attach and settls as “parachute phenomena”.
(2)The mineral feeding pipe is beneath the liquid surface to provent air to be brought in by feeding.
(3)Inner overflow weir is equipped to let slurry flow on pre-designed route, avoiding “short circuit”.
(4)The pattern of the overflow weir is made into indented shape, eliminating suction phenomena in some part of draining induced by unleveled overflow weir.
