1618 multi heads rosewood furniture relief cnc machine(ball screw type)
Feature:
This kind of machine with more head have thick lathe bed ,high precision ball screw transmission, servo system, it has high precision, high speed, stable system etc characters, it is one kind of professional machine for designing of rosewood relief.
1.3-axis import linear square rail, xyz axis adopt import ball screw, move smoothly, high accuracy carving.

2.3-axis adopt high power high speed low noise, low error rate servo diver and motors, efficiently avoid misplace situation for motor heating after x–axis work high speed long time
3.Widen machine head part assembly additional bob-weight and ancillary shorting, make whole machine move more smoothly, more flexible up and down.
4.Original Nc-studio control system with computer connection directly, support break ,continue carving after cut off electric ,and auto-alarm in the situation of wrong engraving, avoid waste products, strong anti-interference ability, and adjust products accuracy by software, compatibility Type3/ Artcam /Castmate/ Wen Tai etc kinds of cad/ cam software.
5.Lathe bed is welded by thick square tubes, through giant planer processing, strong and non-defrmation, long life time.
