HSPC hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine is a commonly used semi-synthetic phospholipid. HSPC hydrogenated soy phosphatidylcholine can be dissolved in appropriate organic solvent together with phospholipids and drugs, rotary-evaporated in a 55-degree water bath, and vacuumized to form a thin film.
