FEVE fluorocarbon powder coating
Introduction
FEVE Fluorocarbon Powder Coating is a high-performance protective coating based on Fluoroethylene Vinyl Ether resin technology. You achieve exceptional long-term weather resistance, superior UV stability, and outstanding color and gloss retention even under prolonged outdoor exposure. Compared with conventional fluorocarbon systems, FEVE resin technology allows improved film formation and broader color flexibility while maintaining excellent chemical resistance and durability. This coating is designed for architectural and heavy-duty industrial applications where long service life and aesthetic stability are essential.
Application
You can apply FEVE Fluorocarbon Powder Coating in demanding environments that require long-term weathering performance and corrosion protection:
-
Architectural curtain walls and aluminum composite panels
-
Aluminum roofing systems and façade panels
-
Bridges and steel infrastructure
-
Offshore platforms and marine structures
-
Transportation equipment and industrial facilities
-
High-end architectural aluminum profiles
Tested application products include:
-
Aluminum curtain wall panels
-
Structural steel bridge components
-
Offshore protective steel structures
-
Exterior aluminum roofing systems

Case
A coastal infrastructure project required long-term corrosion protection for aluminum façade panels and exposed steel components. The environment involved high UV radiation, salt spray, and humidity.
By applying FEVE Fluorocarbon Powder Coating, you achieve stable film formation, strong adhesion, and long-term gloss retention. After extended outdoor exposure, the coated surfaces maintain structural protection and visual consistency, meeting the project’s durability and aesthetic requirements in a high-corrosion marine environment.
