Acidification Drainage Aid MAN
Welcome to consult acidification drainage aid man price with Shandong Tongli Chemical Co.,Ltd,Website:, which is one of the leading acidification drainage aid man suppliers in China and also a productive acidification drainage aid man factory.Acidification Drainage Aid MANI. Description:MAN is an oil and gas wells in the process of development of mining multifunctional additives, it can be used in fracturing fluids, also can be used for a variety of acidified solution, and fracturing fluids and additives acidizing fluid compatibility is good, and there is breaking of fracturing fluid reduces glue, surface tension and interfacial tension acidification acid residues role in improving fracturing and acidizing fluid flow back rates, prevent the formation of pollution, reducing formation damage can not be ignored role. The cleanup agent has good wettability, large breaking effect, high thermal stability, construction of convenient features.II. Specification:ItemSpecificationAppearancehomogeneous liquidPH6-8Solubilitymiscible with waterSurface tension mN/m≤ 30Interfacial tension mN/m≤5Wettingwater wetcompatibilitygoodCleanup rate%≥20III. How to use:Acidification formulated MAN cleanup procedures are as follows:1. the fracturing fluid: cleanup dosage according to the construction design and working solution recipe procedure, after the completion of the base fluid viscosity formulation to meet the requirements, the design is determined (typically 0.2-0.3%) plus put a base fluid.2. the composite acid: after preparation of the site by composite acid formulation process has been completed, you can join the calculated amount of cleanup agent, hit the cycle to mix evenly.3. conventional acid: cleanup dosage determined according to the design, which with HJH inhibitor, JTW iron ion stabilizer, JFP anti-swelling agent, JHG acidification mutual solvent additives together with the addition of concentrated hydrochloric acid, and then diluted with water to the design concentration of hydrochloric acid pump can be absorbed.IV. Packaging and StorageUsing 200kg metal pail, can also be based on user needs packaging during transport light moving light.
