(2) It contains no various ions that may cause hydrogen embrittlement of the materials, thus it can prevent hydrogen embrittlement of the materials effectively and avoid hydrogen embrittlement hazards and hydrogen attack of hydrogenation units. (3) When it is injected into system with recommended dose, the corrosion rate is less than 0.02 mm/a (carbon steel), and content of iron ions adjoining water at tower top is not more than 3 mg/l. The users shall adjust added content according to properties, water content and sulfur content, etc. of the crude oil processed.☆ Agent adding port: Overhead condensing system of atmospheric-vacuum. ☆ Service conditions: Applicable temperature is 100℃~220℃, and the diesel shall be injected continuously by metering pump after dilution.☆ Safety features: WD05-101 film-forming corrosion inhibitor is oil-soluble, non-hazardous, non-flammable and non-explosive liquid.Effect test method Regular test shall be conducted to iron ions in waste water discharged by the units while in use to observe effects of the inhibitor.
