Corrosion inhibitor STD4009A
STD4009A corrosion inhibitor is a water-soluble amide corrosion inhibitor. Its nitrogen atoms can be adsorbed on the surface of metal equipment to form a protective film, thereby preventing acidic substances from corroding the metal surface. It is an excellent anti-corrosion agent in the production of petrochemical enterprises.
Properties
This additive is a light yellow or light brown liquid, alkaline, irritating to the human body, with good thermal stability, does not contain heavy metals and halogen elements, and has no side effects on subsequent products and catalysts.
Application
It is suitable for use in petrochemical enterprises with organic amides as the main component, in the regeneration tower, reboiling tower and lean-rich liquid heat exchanger of the desulfurization system of aromatics units to prevent equipment corrosion.
Precautions
The injection point is the top of the regeneration tower in the lean solvent of the lean-rich solvent heat exchanger tube. The injection amount is 30-50PPM.
Packaging
This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel with a net weight of 200±0.5 kg.
Safety protection
This additive is non-toxic. It should be protected from sunlight, rain and impact during transportation. It should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat and fire sources.
