Application conditions
Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating
Coating: Suitable for high-voltage electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, fluidized bed dipping.
Curing conditions:
140℃ at 30 minutes
180℃ at 15 minutes
200℃ at 10 Minutes
Can also be designed according to customer needs.

Carton packaging.

Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry, ventilated room below 30°C.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 6 months.

Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
Operators should wear dust masks.
