Our Hengfa Rubber Products Company is a professional manufacturer of hydraulic brake hose in China.We have more than thirteen years experience in producing ,developing and researching hydraulic brake hose, brake hose assembly and hose fittings for automobiles and motorcycal.Our brake hose has excellent property of low volumetric expansion,high dynamic life,low moisture ingression,and the exsellent heat,oil,ozone resistance.

Our main product is HFHS brand rubber brake hose 3.2mm x 10.5mm(1/8”) produced according to American standards SAEJ1401 and also passed the quality test of ShangHai Auto Research Institute Testing.Air brake hose like 10x19mm 3/8”,10x17mm 3/8”,13x22mm 1/2”etc.Our fittings types are including male, female and banjo fittings etc more than 650 items.

We have very strict quality controls in place.The leading edge technical production and testing equipments make our products almost in perfect.Our annual capacity is 3,500,000M brake hose, and 1,900,000 sets hose assembly.Our products have been accepted by domestic and overseas clients for many years,enjoying a good reputation.

We are a professional manufacturer of automobile and motorcycle hydraulic brake hose in China.Our company specializes in atuo brake hose , brake hose assembly and fittings.Our products are fit for all kinds of auto and motorbike which are used in transmitting the stress of the hydraulic.Our hydraulic brake hose are produced according to standard of SAEJ1401 and SAEJ1402.We have gotten the DOT,CCC ,ISO9001-2000 certificate.Our main products brake hose has the agglutinate between outer rubber and the yarn ,which resists brake fluid ,aging,leakage and resists high,low temperature etc.Burst Test ≥ 34.5mpa (about75mpa), Tensile Test ≥ 1500N (about 2500N). 2) 3.2x10.5mm 1/8HL SAEJ1401 (two layer red and one layer white rayon).
