Waste Plastic Granulator
This equipment is mainly used in the old and new high-pressure polyethylene, low pressure polyethylene, polypropylene etc various plastic regeneration granulation and blended granulation of engineering plastics. The processable plastic commonly indludes plastic film,woven bag, convenience bag, barrels, bottles, beverage bottle, furture, daily items. It is widely used in plastic recycling industry, and is of the plastic recycling machine most commonly used and popular with the users.
LP-Waste Plastic Granulator Frature：
1. The equipment is designed according to the latest technology of various plastic recycling and pelleting machine group at home and abroad. It is featured by good appearance, stable quality, dry and wet uses, environmental protection and energy saving, and high output etc
2. As the screw cylinder adopts imported high strength and high quality carbon structural steel for termpering, shaping, nitriding treatment, it is wear-resistant, high-torque, and durable in use.
3. The gear box is of three-axis secondary helical gear reduction. The gear adopts 40CrMnT steel, after the procedures of forging, termpering, and hobbing, then through carburizing and quenching, with high intensity and good abrasion resistance,and smooth operation.
4. The machine frame adopts Chinese standard 80×50 convenient steel, reducing the resonance during the operation, extending the service life.
5. After the waste is clasified and broken cleaning, without need of spin-drying or sun drying, it can produce high quality particle.
6. It can be completed by one time from the raw material crushing, cleaning, feeding to pelletizing, with high production efficiency
7. Making full use of the high-pressure friction uninterrupted warming system, it can make automatic heating production, avoiding the continuous heating, saving power and energy.8. The produced terminal plastic has high density, strong adhesion, and good plasticizing degree.
