Two-Layer PC Board Greenhouse
The plate adopts imported BAYER polycarbonate transparent raw material. It is produced and formed through the hot air drying-feeding-single screw extruder –hydraulic screen exchanger-melt metering pump- distributor(with static shunt)- moulding- cooling shaping –one time traction- trimming-tempering-corona treatment –covering protective film-twice traction-- automatic measuring cutting etc procedures. Featured by good light penetration, light weight, UV protection, flame retarding, flexibility, sound insulation, large hardness, dewing prevention, weather resistance etc, it is widely used for inside and outside decoration of commercial buildings, curtain wall of modern buildings, agricultural greenhouse, breeding greenhouses, billboards, highway sound insulation screen, carport, canopy etc.
Two-Layer PC Board Greenhouse Features
1. good light transmission: It can manufacture two-sided UV prevention coating as required, preferably protecting the plate
2. light weight and strong shock resistance: The specific gravity is only half of the glass, saving the cost of transportation, unloading, installing, and supporting frames.
3. flame retarding: Confirmed by Chinese standard GB50222- 95, the P C sunshine board is of first class fire-retardant, namely B1 Grade. The PC board has ignition point of 580℃ itself, self-extinguishing away from fire, not producing poisonous gas when burning, not facilitating the fire spreading.
4. bendability: It adopts cold bending method in accordance with the design drawing at the site, installed as arching, semicircular roof and window. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the adopted plate. It can also adopt hot bending.
5. strrong sound insulation, energy-saving and temperature adaptability: The valley PC board doesn’t produce cold brittleness at the temperature of -40℃ and doesn’t soften at 125℃. Its mechanics and mechanical capacity don’t make obvious changes in the harsh environment.
6. weather resistance: The longpro PC sunshine board can keep the stability of physical indicators in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃.
