Jaw crusher classification:
Jaw Crushers have two types, simple swing and complex swing. The common type is the simple swing jaw crusher, which is also named pendulum jaw crusher. The other one is the complex pendulum jaw crusher, which is also called complex swing jaw crusher. The working principle of these two crushers is basically same. The only difference is the trajectory of the movable jaw plate.
Jaw crusher Working principle:
Jaw crusher has the upper and lower jaw as animals. Jaw mouth opens up so that materials can fall down to the crushing chamber from the top. The two jaw keep static and move back and forth together which can make the distance between the movable jaw and stationary jaw from far to near, and then near to far, and then the two jaws move cycle by cycle with the force of the eccentric wheel until completing crushing operations.
