1. What is the type of your pellet machine ?

Our pellet machine are ring die pellet machine, high-tech, full automatic, during the production process, the pellets will press out by the roller from the mold horizontally not vertically, so it is the roller running around the mold, thus will save a lot of pressure, so the mold and roller can be used for longer time, and capacity will be higher than the vertical-mold pellet machine at the same power condition.

2. What is the largest capacity of your machine?

For single pellet machine, the largest capacity is MXKJ-9S-3, 90KW, 1-1.5 ton per hour. We have a pellet machine unit — 3 sets of pellet machine as one unit which is feeding by sub-feed conveyor automatically. That is about 1.5*3=4.5t/h, so capacity could be as large as you want.

3. What are the wear parts of your machines and their working life?

The wears parts of our pellet machine are mold and gear of roller , generally speaking, the mold can be used for making 1500 ton pellets, for example , produce 15 ton per day, than can be used for about 100 days. So for one year production, need to buy another 2 sets. And gear can be used for about 1 month. need another 11 sets for one year.

Main Features of ring die wood pellet mill

1. It is widely used to make pellets from light substance, such as wood chips, sawdust, straw, pasture, chrysanthemum, palm leaf and so on;

2. The feeder’s especial structure makes materials conveyed evenly, it is specially designed for pellet of light substance with the density of 0.3-0.6g/ cm3;

3. It is with magnet and over load protection system, which protects the machine during production;

4. Feeder has a variable speed controller to meet different outputs requirements;

5. It makes gear directly-connecting as the driver, and is with quick-release die fixed by clamps, which will increase the output by 15% when compared to a machine with a belt conveyer;

6. The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported from Japan to ensure highly-efficient, stability and high quality;

7. The stainless steel die is with international advanced equipment and techniques, and has long service life, and can make slippery pellets of the highest quality.

Trade terms of wood pellet mill

1. Delivery terms:10-15 days after getting your deposit for the single machine and 30-60 days for the wood pellet mill production line according to the quantity that customer order.

2. Warranty: The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of exporting date. If any part (excluding easily damaging parts) is found defective in quality in one year, we shall replace it for free. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.

3. Installation and training: We can send our professional engineer team to provide the installation, traning and trial run in your place for the wood pellet mill production line. But the relevant cost shall be borne by you (round trip air ticket, board and lodging). You can also send engineers to our company o get training for free.
