QFN8: test socket feature：

1. Upper cover use clam-shell roller structure, quick to operating.
2. Socket head press plate adopt humanization structure, balance press, guarantee IC press equality,not skewing.
3. Pogo pin’s crown type can break solder ball oxide layer, contact stable and protect solder ball shape. 
4. Rationalization locating slot, guide hole can make sure IC location.
5. Special IC support plate structure, protect Pogo pin free of external force damaged.
6. Pogo pin : import Pogo pin BECU plated hard golden,rhodium. Work lifetime  times. YuanRongDa.
7. Lost cost for maintenance, easy change pin, cost efficiency.
8. Strong and high heat resisting insulating material: 330 degree
9. Mature manufacture precision range: pitch=0.3mm

YuanRongDa product applicable specification

1. When pick and place , make sure IC reference angle right, that can be avoid product short-circuit damage
2. Work standard, right strength to press and buckle can increase test socket lifetime.
3. Turn off power before pick and place IC can protect main board
4. When testing, notice indicator light or ampere meter work status normal.

5、Go several chip test bad in a raw，Please use good chip to calibration, if passed, test continue, if not pass several times in a row, please ask profession staff to check or maintenance

6、Prohibit use water for cleaning panel to clear Pogo pin or socket.

7、Prohibit use metal scraping Pogo pin.

8、Please turn off power and put it in dust-free place when you don’t need to use it .
