Chemical properties:Colorless or yellow thick like volatile oils, rose aroma and unique taste. In 25 ℃. When viscous liquid, such as further cooling, gradually becomes translucent crystals, warm even after liquefaction. Dissolved in ethanol, and the majority of the non-volatile oil, very slightly soluble in water.
Usage:
GB 2760-96 provides for allowing the use of food flavors. Used in the preparation of apricot, peach, apple, mulberry, strawberry and plum flavor, mainly used for rum, tobacco, chewing tobacco (especially), candy.
Can be used for scenting tea, soaked in wine, as well as supply and demand for pastry made of rose sauce. Also can be used to deploy a variety of flavors, expensive, only for the deployment of high-end cosmetics flavors.
