Soy lecihin

It is a common food additive as emulsifier, stabilizer, dispersant , anti-oxidant and nutrition enhancer used in GMO-labeled foods, such as bakery, noodle, chocolate, confectionery, beverage and so on.

Also, this is a regular emulsifier for industrial application.
