The polymer that constitutes them exhibits good abrasion resistance, and can be provided with a hardness between 65º - 95º Shore “A”. Sloted Polyurethane screens have flat top surface, the assembly is by frames and are recommended for screening of small sized products.
Due to its unique properties, particularly, elasticity and durability, polyurethane, used for the manufacture of screening surfaces successfully replacing metal and rubber.
