long filter bag dust collector
Introduction:
Long bag off-line pulse dust remover is mainly composed of upper tank, middle tank, ash hopper, air inlet flow pipe, bracket, filter bag, blowing device and unloading device, etc. The air inlet equalizing pipe of the dust collector enters into the ash hoppers of each sub-chamber, and under the diversion of the hopper guide device, large dust particles are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, and the fine dust is uniformly absorbed into the middle box. At the surface of the filter bag, clean air passes through the upper box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the various off-line valves and exhaust pipes. With the progress of filtration, the dust on the filter bag will accumulate more and more. When the resistance of the device reaches the defined resistance value (generally set to 1500Pa), the cleaning device will automatically close the off-line valve according to the differential pressure setting value. Afterwards, the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened according to the setting procedure to stop the air blow. The pressure in the filter bag is suddenly blown by the compressed air, and the dust on the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the dust discharging valve.
The long bag off-line pulse dust remover integrates the longest bag off-line pulse dust removal technology currently available in the world and introduces the world-leading long bag offline pulse dust remover technology to users.
Structure description:
Advantage and Application:
Long bag off-line pulse dust remover has large dust removal equipment with large air volume, good cleaning effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance and small footprint. Widely used in metallurgical industry steelmaking blast furnace, raw coal injection preparation plant, building materials industry, power, chemical industry, carbon black, asphalt concrete mixing, boiler, flue gas dust and other industries dust control and material recovery.
