Steel Fibers For Shotcrete
Tengzhou Star smith Metal Products Co., Ltd. (SDS）is one of the top three steel fiber supplierspecializing in steel fiber production in China and has participated in the construction of national projects several times. Established in 2011, we can provide an annual production scale of up to 10,000 tons of steel fiber for concrete. It mainly produces glued steel fiber, copper-coated micro steel fiber and loose steel fibers.
Steel fiber for shotcrete -SFRS
Steel fiber reinforced shotcrete(SFRS-steel fiber reinforced shotcrete) is referred to as "steel shotcrete", which is similar to plain shotcrete (short for plain shotcrete without steel fiber) and has the following characteristics:
- The rebound rate of steel shotcrete aggregate is lower than that of plain shotcrete, and the comprehensive unit price of steel shotcrete is lower, so steel shotcrete can replace the traditional shotcrete net support in NATM.
