Screw Shaft
The22 spline shafttype is divided into single-key , rectangular spline and involute spline.
Materials can be selected from China, Germany and Japan made.
The standards for splines has Chinese standard, German DIN5480 (or DIN5482) and Japanese standard.
Currently the maximum length of the shaft we can supplied up to 9 meters.

Screw shaftis key to pow transmission and ensure the extruder running smoothly. That's the reason why we do more tests on individual combination to meet the tolerance requirement.
We can provide the shaft with A40 material which has excellent toughness and mechanical property under high torque and high loading condition. We control accuracy strictly during processing to guarantee the shaft groove depth, groove spacing standard,surface smoothly and strong durable.
